Justin started his career in the 1990s working for a successful independent bathroom showroom. Beginning in the warehouse, he was responsible for checking in deliveries, organising stock, and delivering orders to customers’ homes. As his product knowledge grew, Justin progressed onto the showroom floor, joining the sales team before eventually becoming showroom manager — a role he was extremely proud to hold.

However, even at a young age, Justin knew his journey was not complete. After six productive years in the showroom environment, he made the decision to further develop his skills by gaining hands-on plumbing experience. This period proved to be invaluable, providing a strong practical foundation alongside deep product knowledge that still underpins the business today.

Fast forward to the early 2000s, when a chance meeting with an old school acquaintance, Lee, changed everything. With young families and shared values, it quickly became clear that their skills complemented one another perfectly. Lee brought extensive experience in bespoke carpentry, having worked on luxury hotel refurbishments, while Justin contributed his in-depth knowledge of the bathroom industry.
